Many people decorate their home for Halloween, but it’s rare to see a car that’s been decorated. This year, why not do something different and consider creating a fun or scary theme for your vehicle that will ensure you stand out on Halloween night! Here are some ideas to get your started:
- Car on Fire: Paint flames along the back of your car or even tape black and orange streamers to the back of your car. You can even add in half of a dummy that appears to be squirming in agony.
- Cobwebs: Cobwebs are a very easy and cheap decorating idea for your car. Throw some of the packaged cobwebs (available at any Halloween store) across your dashboard, in the backseat, or along the grill or trunk of your car. Then, add in some spiders, birds, or any other creatures to make your decoration even scarier!
- Stuffed Dummies or Skeletons: Freak out your neighbors with a stuffed dummy or skeleton placed in your passenger or backseat!
- Antennas: These are very easy to make using Styrofoam balls spray painted in different colors to make a number of different animals/monsters/ghouls.
Whatever you do, be creative, have fun, and just make sure that your Halloween decorations don’t block your ability to see out your windows! And as always, if you’re on the road, make sure that you’re insured. For a free auto insurance quote, visit our website at www.safeauto.com.
