SafeAuto Fight Team Member Luiz Cane will face Eliot Marshall this Saturday at UFC ® 128. Karlos Vemola was the initial opponent for Cane, although an undisclosed training injury forced the light heavyweight to withdraw.
Despite only knowing about his opponent for three weeks, Cane is extremely confident. “I feel better than I ever have,” said the Brazilian mixed martial artist. “I have a new outlook on fighting and a new team. I am ready and all my fans will see that on Saturday night.”
Cane will look to improve upon his record (10-3 MMA, 3-3 UFC®) at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. The light heavyweight knows he has to stick to his game plan. “The key for me is not getting anxious and attacking when there is not an opening. I need to let the fight come to me. I will and this will be the reason I am victorious at UFC® 128.”
Cane not only feels great about his preparation for the fight but also having a legitimate sponsor like SafeAuto Insurance. “Mainstream corporate support is something UFC fighters have been looking for, for a long time. It feels great to have SafeAuto supporting me.”
The SafeAuto Fight Team is looking forward to seeing Cane get back in the win column this Saturday night at UFC © 128.
